We have been enriched at AOWCGWA for many years by our International members and friends. AWOCGWA is a unique OWC on many levels, but I believe the addition of the International ladies is one of our greatest assets.

Living in the DC area gives us many opportunities, and one is the opportunity to meet and become friends with ladies from around the globe. What makes this group so special is we are all military wives. We find that we have much more in common than we have differences, but the one thing we clearly share in common is love for our country and love for our 'man in uniform'.

We reach out to the wives of the Attaches and invite them to join AOWCGWA and to participate fully in the club. We also offer some special programs to focus on both American and International customs. The International ladies join us at our monthly coffees and participate in many zip code groups and tours. It is my sincerest hope that you will not miss the opportunity to make an International friend this year at AOWCGWA.
