The online reservation form gives you the option to register for the September Super Sign Up & Welcome Event, for luncheons as they occur, or the option to register for all events (sign up and 8 luncheons) at once.  Super Sign Up is $12, cost per luncheon is $20, or for all the luncheons and including the sign up is $173

You can fill out your reservation form online and pay using your paypal account. OR You can print the reservation form  (print the online form below), and send it with your check. 

Please include names and phone numbers for anyone attending with you. 

Reservation checks and Pay Pal transactions must be received

no later than noon on the Friday before each Luncheon.

Cancellations must be called in to Jackie NLT noon on the Friday before luncheon date.
