AOWCGWA Reservations Policy
Just a few words on our Luncheon Reservation Policy...
The online reservation form gives you the option to register for the September Super Sign Up & Welcome Event, for luncheons as they occur, or the option to register for all events (sign up and 8 luncheons) at once. Super Sign Up is $12, cost per luncheon is $20, or for all the luncheons and including the sign up is $173. Choose to Use Pay Pal to make a payment for luncheon reservations (pay for entire year or monthly options). The payment for the entire club year includes the September Super Sign Up cost. So if you chose this one time payment option, your super sign up event and all the monthly luncheons for the entire club year are included. One time payment option is only available till 20 Sep.
You also need to fill out the reservation form which can be done online (and pay with Pay Pal) or print and mail into our Reservations Chair with a check. It is important to note that all reservations and payments should be completed by noon on the Friday preceding the event.
The Pay Pal button below also gives you the option to pay just for the 16 Sep 2010 Super Sign Up, and to pay for your luncheons monthly or all luncheons and the signup for the entire year. Use PayPal below and fill out our fillable reservations form to complete your reservation for the Super Sign Up.

You can fill out your reservation form online and pay using your paypal account. OR You can print the reservation form (print the online form below), and send it with your check.
Please include names and phone numbers for anyone attending with you.
Reservation checks and Pay Pal transactions must be received
no later than noon on the Friday before each Luncheon.
Cancellations must be called in to Jackie NLT noon on the Friday before luncheon date.
